Averages come from the trailing 90 days of ad and booking data across our client accounts; "Best case" runs the funnel at our top quartile with a 30% close rate. Sales and revenue land after your average sales cycle, so a longer cycle pushes revenue later in the forecast. An appointment means budget, timeline, and service area confirmed and booked on your calendar. Investment equals ad spend paid directly to Meta plus the $2,000 monthly retainer over 12 months. Nothing here is a promise of results beyond the two guarantees above.
